The quality check of a ****S hotel takes place by a so-called mystery guest check. This means people check in to our hotel and test (without us knowing) a number of factors such as information services and customer care, access and check-in, services rendered and check-out. In order to secure a long-term quality standard, hotels must have their evaluation renewed every three years.
