If you’re a fan of cheese fondue, we recommend you give our raclette a taste. Or two. After all, Lech am Arlberg is very close to the Swiss border, so you should not be missing out on this speciality of our lovely neighbours.
If you are not yet familiar with raclette: In the dining room, your waiter will melt a wheel of raclette cheese – aromatic layer upon aromatic layer. Now combine the melted goodness with side dishes such as young potatoes and bacon, served with chive sauce and pickled vegetables.
