Hike uphill, toboggan downhill ‒ with a so-called “Arlberger Zipflbob” sled you descend from Oberlech to Lech am Arlberg quickly and cheerfully. Starting out right from the Sonnenburg, the Oberlech toboggan run takes you along a winding track through the forest. For unlimited tobogganing fun, we are happy to provide you with a ski pass. This allows you free use of the Lech-Oberlech cable car to return to Oberlech by gondola. As many times as you like.
There are many ways to get down to the valley. One of the most exciting and fun is the toboggan run from Oberlech.
It starts right in front of our hotel and leads down to Lech am Arlberg. For your sledging adventure in Austria, you can rent a colourful “Zipfelbob”-sleigh from the Sonnenburg’s in-house ski rental.
Ride the 1.2-kilometre stretch downhill that leads through mountains and forests in rapid turns.

During the winter the illuminated toboggan run is open from 9 a. m. to 10 p. m. So, you can toboggan during the day and continue this adventure at night.
