Working hours and contracts are agreed on an individual basis at Hotel Sonnenburg. Individual preferences are taken into account and discussed from the very first interview, for example regarding working days per week, hours, or days off. You can also choose between different working models, such as a 5-day week with more leisure time or a 6-day week with correspondingly higher earnings.
